Fusion Cuisine: What it is -- Fusion Cuisine blends more traditional foods with new ingredients, cooking methods, sauces and spices to create new dishes. It’s great fun to see favorite standards treated in new ways.
Interactive Food Stations: We’re tired of standard buffet lines, aren’t you? Events that feature interactive food stations are so much more interesting. For instance, right at the station, you can choose how you want your beef seared, what level of spice you prefer, and which side you want it paired with. So many ways this trend can work – deserts are especially fun!
Taco AI Pastor Station – These are tacos done right – with plenty of choices on slow roasted, expertly seasoned beef, chicken or pork – and all the fixings. Who doesn’t like to choose what goes on their taco?
Crepe Station – Crepes are back in style for brunch and for dessert. Guests choose what they want inside their crepes, from fruit to all kinds of cream, and of course hazelnut chocolate. Chocolate drizzled on top makes this a must-asked for delight.
Locally Sourced Ingredients: Suffice it to say that we have been well ahead of the curve on this trend! Customers are increasingly interested in environmentally friendly catering – right down to locally sourced farms and sustainably grown meats and veggies.
Elevated Comfort Foods: Ever since Covid hit, we’ve sought our so-called comfort foods. But now, comfort foods are being elevated to gourmet levels with interesting pairings, sauces, and specialty sides. Such tasty fun!
