Jacquie’s Gourmet Catering took delight in celebrating the formal opening of Knowledge Services at Crosspoint Center, the company that breathed new life into the former Marsh Headquarters building in Fishers, earlier this year.
Crosspoint Center has been completely remodeled and redesigned. The five-level interior is now home to a stunning, innovative, and sleek space for offices – including a club.
To draw attention to the new interior, Jacquie’s team placed five different types of food stations and/or bars on each of those five levels, encouraging guests in attendance to explore the new office space.
The grand opening event included an ice sculpture, live band, valet service, and incredible sustainable, fresh Jacquie’s Gourmet Catering fare.
Here’s a little taste of what we served:
Level 1: Grazing Table – Charcuterie, international cheeses, and Smoking Goose meats. Fresh crudité featured multi-colored carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, peppers, cucumbers, with sides of pickled vegetables, dried fruits, baguettes, flatbreads, and crackers.
Level 2: Chef-Manned Mini Taco Station – Featuring sizzling Chicken Tinga, potato and greens, and fragrant Pork Cecina; all served in bamboo bowls with mini corn and jicama salad
Level 3: Passed Hors D’oeuvres – Guests chose from mini King Ora salmon cones with caviar, mini chicken Creole crepes, risotto cakes with mango mojo, and a prosciutto, ricotta, and pear on a crostini with homemade truffle honey.
Level 4: Crosspoint Logo Slider Station – Choice of Angus beef sliders or buffalo chicken sliders with chipotle served with slaw. Vegan Sliders with Vegan Aioli were also available.
Bao Bun Station – Filled with yummy red braised pork belly or Korean chicken bao with kimchi served on vegan tofu bao buns with pickled vegetables.
Level 5: Chef-Manned Raclette Station – Divine raclette cheese with grilled toasted bread, herb oil, fig jam, garlic oil, and red pepper flakes. Served with mini brats & buns and assorted mustards.
Chef-Manned Small Plate Station – Smoked short ribs with garlic mashed potatoes, lobster martini with beurre blanc, crème fraiche and chives and vegan poke bowl with watermelon, Tataki and Japanese slaw.
And, because it’s that indulgent time of year, Jacquie added a
Dessert Station – with assorted Knowledge Services logo cake pops and chocolate.
There was also mousse dessert shooters, and fresh fruit sushi for those watching their calories.
Signature Cocktails added a bit on panache to the evening:
Fishers now has a brilliantly designed building housing a great new tenant in Knowledge Services. We were thrilled to be a part of the evening!
