Simon Property Group board of directors held a dinner last week, from high atop their lovely 225 West Washington offices, courtesy of Jacquie’s Gourmet Catering.
The dinner for 26 included summer-fresh organic butler-served hors d’oeuvres, perfect for a mid-summer’s evening:
Guests were treated to an aromatic assortment of super premium wines, served table-side with the hors d’oeuvre selection, and throughout dinner.
Next course served was a delightfully light Salad of Citrus, Kale, Sprouts and avocado. (Everything but the avocado was Indiana-grown.)

And what evening dinner would be complete without dessert? In keeping with the fresh and light summer theme, Jacquie’s Gourmet Catering served Seasonal Berries with Fresh Gourmet Sorbet and Garden Mint in a martini glass.
