James H Drew Corp celebrates new Zionsville office opening

Although the James H Drew Corporation has been in the roadway and construction industry for over 80 years, the Indy-based company cleared the road cones and opened all traffic lanes, metaphorically speaking, for the grand opening of their new corporate location at 8701 Zionsville Road.

The employee and business event was well attended – and happily appointed -- with fabulous eats, libations and treats from Jacquie’s Gourmet Catering.

The event kicked off at 1:00 pm on a recent Friday afternoon, and continued well into the evening. It began with butlered hors d’oeuvres, including:

• Mini Jumbo Crab Cakes with Mango Mojo
• Mini Chicken bites wrapped with Proscuitto and Sweet Chili Sauce
• Cranberry and Brie Bites

As the afternoon progressed, traffic was heavy at the buffet table, filled with chef-carved Angus Beef Tenderloin with horseradish cream, and Cedar Plank Salmon paired with cilantro aioli.

Also available for eager guests at the buffet:

• Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail with St. Elmo’s Cocktail Sauce
• Martini glass-filled Caprese Salad with Heirloom Cherry Tomatoes, Olive Oil and Black Sea Salt
• Grilled Vegetables with Saffron Aioli and Cocktail Rolls

As the event advanced happily into the evening, Jacquie’s Gourmet mini desserts were very popular among Drew Corporation guests:
