Begun in Indianapolis in 1967, Hall Render today ranks as the largest health care-focused law firm in the United States.
This month, the law firm celebrated fifty years with fun, casual flair with “Take Me Out to the Ballgame” themed staff retreat.
In keeping with the theme, Jacquie’s Catering knocked it out of the park beginning with all-American beef hot dogs (sourced from Indiana) a variety of fresh toppings for staff to chose from; everything from pickle relish to sport peppers, chopped onion, diced tomatoes, dill, and of course, pickle spears.
If a hot dog didn’t cut the mustard, Hall Render staff could build their own super nachos. The nacho bar was complete with fresh pico de gallo, Indiana-made blue corn and yellow tortilla chips, Jacquie’s home-made chile con carne. The nachos could be topped off with a selection of jalapenos, chopped onion, shredded cheese, and/or sour cream. Mmmmm, perfection!
Rounding out the bases, Jacquie’s staff provided made-from-scratch lemony potato salad with fresh chives, and giant soft pretzels with a selection of honey mustard, beer cheese and sweet cream dipping sauces.
The day was a perfect way to celebrate a great American institution like Hall Render, in all-out, red, white and blue American style – while keeping the menu fresh, simple and delicious!
