Just a quick note to say thanks for all your work to make Liz and Ben's wedding at the Mill Top last Saturday a great success. I have received many compliments on the food. I think that while the meat dishes were good, my beef included, what was appreciated by many was the quality of the side dishes. The vegetables were crispy-tender and the potatoes hot and creamy. So many times the sides are sort of an afterthought. That was not the case. They complimented the beef and chicken very well.
The ice cream cake was a big hit. Thank you for the extra effort that was required to store and serve it to our guests.
Please relay my thanks to Ruben and the staff that was there on Saturday. Everyone I dealt with was professional and efficient. It was a delicious meal that was greatly appreciated.
